Devices have changed dramatically since 2003, but customers still need a convenient place to bring electronics they no longer use, find another device, explore a trade-in, or ask about a smartphone repair.
Our role is practical: identify the device, evaluate the condition, explain the available path, and help the customer decide what makes sense. For sellers, every final offer depends on an in-person inspection and current market demand.
